1. About Alpha Bravo

Alpha Bravo ("the App", "we", "us") is a browser-based learning tool that teaches the NATO phonetic alphabet through six interactive games. It is operated by [Your Name], based in Belgium. By purchasing or using Alpha Bravo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What You're Buying

Alpha Bravo is a digital product delivered as access to a web app — no download or installation required. Your one-time payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for as long as it remains available online.

3. Payment & Pricing

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (including EU VAT) on our behalf. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Because Alpha Bravo is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the app, contact us at alphabravoapp@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll resolve the issue or issue a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Alpha Bravo for personal learning and practice. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your access with others, or copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app for commercial purposes.

6. Training Disclaimer

Alpha Bravo is provided for general educational and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for official flight training, ATC certification programmes, or official FAA, ICAO, or other regulatory body publications. Always refer to official sources for certification or operational requirements.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Alpha Bravo accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the app for maintenance or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Bravo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Alpha Bravo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
